Some Thoughts of Mine

I went mountain biking today to the top of Constantiaberg. Ok, I didn't quite make it all the way to the top but I went from Constantia up to the saddle point to Hout Bay. The view of False Bay from up there is magnificient, especially at 17:30 when the sky is painted in the colours of the setting sun. I just realised once again, like many times before, what a beautiful city Cape Town is. I think I'd miss this place quite a lot if I had to move. Just a pitty that this country is so messed up in most other ways.

I just added myself to sixdegrees again. I think it is a new account because it said that it was my first visit although I know that I used to have an account. Anyway, what I wanted to say is that under personal info there was a button titled "Change Gender". I was too scared to press it though.

I watched one of the X-files videos the other day and they showed the body of an alien. Now most standard portrails of aliens have common features like large eyes, green skin and no sexual organs. Now the no sexual organs part got me thinking, because I wondered whether they still have excretory organs(ok, I don't know what it's called but you know what I mean)? Ok, now it's only in males where those two notions partially coincide but from what I could see the alien seemed without. Unfortunately they didn't show the aliens behind so one can't really know. Ok, the alien did have a mouth but that could also be used to speak and breathe and doesn't neccessarily mean that he ingests food.

Anyway, I thought that maybe with the green skin they photosynthesise so they don't need to eat. That would also have other benefits since they wouldn't have to harm any animals or even plants to stay alive.
